Under the direction of Safety Manager David Allgaier, every employee is expected to comply with MBI’s’ Safety Program, as well as comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Administration Standards (OSHA). MBI is dedicated to safety which allows our workers and any workers of other companies to go home safely at the end of each day.
Masonry Builders continues to heighten its safety awareness and safety program each and every day. Masonry Builders has installed and implemented several new safety programs in addition to several programs already in place.
Weekly “OSHA Type” Inspections – Our Safety Director Performs these inspections on every jobsite.
Daily Equipment Inspections – Inspections are performed on all equipment.

Weekly Safety Tool Box Talks – Same Subject talks conducted by MBI jobsite superintendents’ companywide.
Competent Persons – Well trained and certified supervision as well as employees at every jobsite.
Up To Date Certifications – All MBI management have up to date certifications as well as the majority of the work force are certified in some type of work capacity.
